Billing Policy

Timeline Productions ("TLP") is pleased to provide detailed quotes for projects of any size. Clients may also request a production equipment list, rate card, or consultation to help define project scope and develop a customized production solution tailored to their needs.

New Clients

A production deposit equal to 25% of the estimated project cost is required prior to the commencement of production services for all new clients. The remaining project balance is due upon completion and delivery of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Returning Clients

We value the long-term relationships we have built with our clients and are pleased to offer flexible payment options for recurring customers. Qualified returning clients may elect Net 30 payment terms or receive a 10% discount for payment upon delivery (COD).

Payment Terms

All discounts, including recurring client discounts and COD discounts, are contingent upon full payment being received within 60 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within 60 days, all discounts will be revoked, and the full original project estimate will become immediately due and payable.

Ownership & Media Rights

All raw production materials, including but not limited to video footage, audio recordings, graphic assets, creative concepts, project files, and final deliverables, remain the property of Timeline Productions until payment has been received in full.

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 91 days from the original invoice date, all rights granted to the client for the use of any project-related materials shall automatically terminate. Ownership and all associated intellectual property rights to the raw materials, master deliverables, and any physical or digital assets created during the production process shall revert exclusively to Timeline Productions.

Upon reversion of rights, Timeline Productions reserves the right to license, sell, repurpose, distribute, or utilize any project materials for promotional, commercial, or other lawful purposes at its sole discretion.

Unauthorized Use

Any use, publication, distribution, broadcast, reproduction, or display of Timeline Productions-owned materials without prior written authorization from Timeline Productions shall be subject to a licensing fee of $300 per running second of content used, in addition to any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

Collections

Invoices remaining unpaid beyond 91 days may be referred to a third-party collection agency or legal counsel. The client shall be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including collection fees, court costs, and attorney's fees where permitted by law.

Acceptance of Terms

All estimates, proposals, invoices, work orders, and production agreements issued by Timeline Productions are expressly subject to this Billing Policy without exception. Engagement of Timeline Productions' services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
